Passenger Limit:

Each pedicab accommodates a maximum of 3 passengers, including small children, as required by New York City regulations. Additional pedicabs can be booked at the time of reservation, with rates applying per pedicab.

Pricing:

All prices are per pedicab, not per passenger. Rates apply per pedicab as listed, and there are no additional fees, including taxes.

Weight Limit:
The passenger area has a maximum weight limit of 500 lbs to ensure safety and comfort.

Time Zone: 

All tours are scheduled in Eastern Standard Time (EST).

We do not require advance payments or deposits to reserve your tour. Payment (USD) is due at the end of the tour. While cash is preferred, we also accept Venmo and Zelle. Gratuities are welcome and appreciated but never expected.

If You Need to Cancel:

If your plans change or you’re unable to attend—even at the last minute—we kindly ask that you notify us as soon as possible. A quick call or message helps us adjust and ensures your guide isn’t left waiting unnecessarily in challenging weather conditions like summer heat, winter cold, or rain. Late Arrivals:

Your guide will wait up to 10 minutes beyond the scheduled start time. If we don’t hear from you within this time, the tour may be canceled. Please contact us as soon as possible if you’re running late so we can try to accommodate you.

Weather-Related Cancellations:

Our pedicabs are equipped with roofs and plastic tarps to provide some protection during rain, allowing tours to continue when weather conditions permits.

• Central Park Tours (under 90 minutes): We will likely proceed if the rain is light.
• City Tours (3.5 hours): Heavy rain or storms can make the experience uncomfortable and limit visibility through the tarp. In such cases, we will most likely cancel your tour and make every effort to reschedule at your convenience.

To ensure the best experience:

• Night Before: We will contact you the evening before your tour to discuss the weather forecast and determine if rescheduling or cancellation is necessary.
• Morning Of: If conditions remain uncertain, we may wait until the morning of your tour to make a final decision.

Important:
When booking, please provide accurate contact information, including a phone number with your country and area code where are you can be reached while you are here in New York City. 

If you do not provide this information, we cannot be held responsible for cancellations, rescheduling, or changes to the meet-up location. While email is an option, WhatsApp is the fastest and preferred method for communication.

Right to Cancel:

We reserve the right to cancel tours in the event of unforeseen circumstances, such as mechanical issues, severe weather, citywide events, or whatever mother nature throws at us. Should we need to cancel, we will always make every effort to reschedule at your tour at your convenience.

Our team consists of licensed New York City Sightseeing Guides dedicated to creating exceptional experiences. Occasionally, unforeseen circumstances may require us to assign a substitute guide. Rest assured, we only collaborate with trusted professionals to maintain our high standards.

Tours are designed to last approximately the advertised duration, but timing may vary based on guest preferences (e.g., walking ability, time spent at stops, photo opportunities). External factors like traffic or weather may also affect timing. We aim to provide a flexible, enjoyable experience tailored to your needs.
