• Important Booking Information •

Pricing: All prices listed are for one pedicab per tour. We do not charge by the passenger, and no additional fees will be added.

Passenger Limit: Each pedicab accommodates a maximum of 3 passengers, including small children, as required by New York City regulations. Additional pedicabs can be booked at the time of reservation, with rates applying per pedicab.

Details at Checkout: At checkout, please provide the following:
The number of people in your party
The number of pedicabs you'd like to reserve
A valid email address
A phone number with the correct country and/or area code where we can reach you during your stay in NYC.

Important: A reliable phone number is essential so we can notify you promptly about any changes to the meet-up location, cancellations, or rescheduling due to weather, public events, construction, or other unforeseen circumstances.

Payment: We do not require advance deposits or payments. All payments (USD) are due at the end of the tour. While cash is preferred, we also accept Venmo and Zelle. Gratuities are welcome and appreciated, but never expected.

Tour Confirmation: After booking, you will receive a confirmation email with important tour details. If it doesn’t appear in your inbox, please check your spam or junk folder. If you still don’t see it, please contact us so we can resend the confirmation.
