Terms & Conditions

1. All prices listed are for one pedicab per tour. We do not charge by the passenger, and no additional fees, including taxes, will be added.

2. By law, each pedicab can hold a maximum of 3 passengers, including small children. Exceeding this limit can result in fines up to $500, license revocation, and the pedicab being impounded. Additional pedicabs can be booked at the time of reservation, with rates applying per pedicab.

3. The maximum weight limit for the passenger area is 500 lbs.

4. Any photos taken during the tour are included at no additional cost.

5. All tours are scheduled and booked in Eastern Standard Time (EST).

Disclaimer: Night Your NYC Guide, the tour operator, and their respective employees, agents, and representatives accept no liability for any injury, damage, loss, accident, delay, or any other incident that may occur during the tour. The tour itinerary may change due to weather, construction, traffic, or crowded areas.

We do not require advance payments; all payments (USD) are due at the end of the tour. While cash is preferred, we also accept Venmo and Zelle. Gratuities are welcome and appreciated, though not expected.

For All Tours

Our meet-up and drop-off location is at the corner of 58th Street and 7th Avenue (near 180 W 58th St), in front of the large, historic French terra-cotta-style building with black iron doors. Your guide will greet you here, ask for you by name, and introduce himself as a representative of Night Your NYC Guide.

Please arrive on time, as we have tours scheduled immediately after yours and are unable to extend your tour. Your guide will wait up to 10 minutes beyond the scheduled start time, after which the tour will be canceled. Additionally, please allow up to 5 minutes for your pedicab driver to arrive.

Please provide a reachable phone number during your stay in New York City, as we may need to adjust the meet-up location due to public events, construction, or other unforeseen factors.

1) There are no cancellation fees, but if you need to cancel your tour, please notify us as soon as possible so we can offer your time slot to another guest.

2) Your tour guide will wait up to 10 minutes beyond your scheduled start time. If you have not arrived by then, the tour will be canceled.

3) In the event of severe weather, such as heavy rain, strong winds, extreme cold, or intense heat, your tour may be canceled. However, we will always do our best to reschedule your tour at a more convenient time.
